Cenotes in Valladolid

Valladolid/Chichen Itza tour continues here:We also went to some cenotes, witch is underground pools. There were sevral to chose from in the area. We read up on them in the bible and took a tour on our last day in Valladolid. I am really glad we did, because it was really fantastic. They had lit the pools really nicely. Even Mr V enjoyed a bath in them. Cristal clear water, and there were some fish in there too.

This is the second cenote we went down in:

This one is compleatly round inside with a hole in center were roots from a giant tree came down. No limestone in this one like the other one.

After visiting the cenotes, it was time to head "back home", to La Isla Bonita.

January the 1st. Liv,Yngvar and Mathis went home again. Sad to say goodbye, but is was great having them visiting. We would like to say it here to them again, Thank you very much for everything we got from you, all the goooooood things you brought from Norway, all lunches, dinners and the tour to Valladolid and Chichen Itza. Thanks again to you, Liv and Yngvar!
